Job Description

Ballet Together is on a mission to become the leading global virtual ballet, dance, and fitness organization by giving access to anyone, anywhere, regardless of our students socioeconomic positions. We believe all dancers and dance-enthusiasts should have equal access to quality instruction by the leading dance professionals in the world.

This is an unpaid intern position. We are looking to grow our Ballet Together Team by adding incredible interns to help with the operations of our business and help you get the experience you need to build your resumé. Must have at least 1-3 years in dance experience or a passion for the dance culture. Start and end dates are flexible in addition to work hours (10-20 hours per week or more if needed). Intern will work remotely and must have WiFi access and a working computer.

Every day and every project at Ballet Together is different. Each brings its own unique challenges and incorporates a new set of stakeholders. Our work can range from assisting with the preparation and delivery of the various training/readiness materials needed for our global partnership programs to working closely with customer (students) facing teams to drive business requirements from strategy through demand validation and quantification.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ballet Together has created an environment where team members are given an opportunity to stretch and flex their creative and executional muscles daily. Must have 1-3 years of dance experience and or experience in social media management, marketing, sales, operations, or organizational strategy
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to use Zoom, G-Suite, PowerPoint, and Slack
Experience using Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook (preferably for business purposes)
A love for creativity and for thinking outside of the box. All ideas are good ideas!
Self starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work remotely
Marketing/Branding/Operations experience from past internships, community organizations, side projects or other activities
Extra points for design and illustration skills, digital marketing experience, and being an awesome human being
Willing to roll up sleeves and get things done ... this is an internship where you will create and contribute
Able to work at least 10-20 hours a week

Internships will require a commitment of at least 3 months.
